We asked Dave from iT360 to give us an overview of Microsoft Teams and share some examples of its functionality:

  • Share how Teams supports effective communication through chat, group calls, voice memos, transcribed meetings, and more 
  • Demonstrate how to check your device is ready-to-go before joining an online meeting and finding out your speaker/mic/camera is not working.
  • Discuss how important files can be pinned to tabs and how other apps can be linked into Teams to setup everything in one place to make work flow.
